We hired John Wallace to do a series of updates on our newly purchased condo in St. Pete. We were out of town owners and didn't know anybody. After speaking with several recommendations, John's price and proposal stood out as fair and thorough, so we hired him. He was not the cheapest, nor the most expensive. So many times we had heard how hard it was so find a handyman or contractor who was timely and who communicated well. John was incredible! He submitted a contract that was completely well explained and included licensed plumbers and electricians, in case we needed them. It ended up that we did not need the plumbing, and we did not need some of the electrical work that he anticipated, and he did not charge for that. Every day, despite the fact that we were out of town and never met in person, we heard from John as to the progress of the project, and we got pictures of his and his crew's work. Everything he did was of the highest quality and turned out more beautiful than we expected! And, the condo has very strict rules, which he followed to the letter. John is a good family man, which I respect alot, and he takes great pride in a job well-done, which is a rare gift in this world. The icing on the cake was that, in his contract, he said the project would take approximately 3 weeks, and possibly longer, depending on what they found in the walls. My husband and I had a trip planned to St. Pete about 2 1/2 weeks into the project and let John know we would arrange to stay in a nearby hotel. Amazingly, the day we got in from the airport, everything was done! And, he had the condo cleaned for us so that when we walked in it was stunning! I cannot say enough positive about the experience we had with this company, and with John Wallace personally. Without a doubt, I highly recommend them as one of the best I have ever worked with. A true joy.

General Contractor, John Wallace, owner, worked with me to redesign the space into a functioning kitchen to meet my needs. The drop cieling and partial wall to the dinning area was removed. New can lights, under cabinet lightng, and granite countertops were added. Additional workers- electrician, plumber, cabinet maker- worked carefully, listened to my concerns and found solutions. I am verry happy with my comepleted kitchen.
